Ariel aka REL, is a graphic superhero. His gifted, industrial designer psyche develops stories that bring color to the mundane, dialogue to the mute, and personality to the dull. REL’s superhero apprenticeship commenced at the Cleveland Institute of Art, and his in-demand talents have globally guided him to Hasbro, Takara, Eleven, and SKD. In 2009, while at SKD, REL was recognized with the CES Innovation Award, IDA Residential Sustainable Design, and IDA Product Designer of the Year by SimpleTech [re]Drive and SimpleTech Simple Drive. After protecting design, one concept at a time, REL plays superhero to his wife, Otelia, and kids, Eva, Naya and Ezra.
